On each top of "Talk:Bookname" should be

* {{todolink|Bookname|todo-list of Bookname}}

or instead of Bookname, Username.

Todo-entries can be customized with a additional parameter

{{TODO|...Text...|Username1|Username2}}

The first letter of the Username have to be upper-cased

Any Todo-List can be supplemented with information of the current state of the book or with instructions for reviewers or authors.
