# Cambridge Secondary 2 Additional Mathematics

Welcome to the **Cambridge Secondary 2 Additional Mathematics** study guide. This book comprises of two common syllabuses: **Cambridge IGCSE Additional Mathematics (0606)** and **Cambridge O Level Additional Mathematics (4037)**. This syllabus covers 15 topics, ranging from sets to calculus. Candidates following this syllabus are recommended to have already studied or are studying either Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics (0580/0581) or Cambridge O Level Mathematics (Syllabus D) (4024) as knowledge from these syllabuses is assumed. This syllabus is assessed by two components: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers consist of 10 to 12 compulsory structured questions of various lengths. Each paper has a total mark of 80, weighed to 50% of the overall syllabus. A silent electronic calculator is required for both papers. This syllabus is available for examination in both the May/June and the October/November examination series.
