This cocktail is for people who like the bitter taste of wormwood.

Ingredients

• 1 part Gin
• 1 part Dry Vermouth
• 1 part Sweet Vermouth
• 1 dash Absinthe

Mix in a cocktail shaker over ice. Serve in a cocktail glass.

Variations

• Pimm's No.1 may be used in place of the Gin for a different flavor.
• Bitters or Pernod Ricard Pastis may be used in the place of the absinthe if a good absinthe is unavailable.
