- 3/4 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
- 3-4 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Sweet & Sour
- Ice

On the Rocks
editCombine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain into a collins or small hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
Blended
editCombine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15 - 20 sec). Pour into collins or small hurricane glass.

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Light rum
- 2 ounces Pineapple juice
- 1 ounce Blue curacao
- 1 ounce Cream of coconut
- 1 slice Pineapple
- 1 Cherry
Method:
Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
