Calculating the effective date of a law regulation would include the enactment or publication date? Having different internal opinions in the Government of the Republic of China, The Executive Yuan would petition for unified interpretation in Taiwan.

Holding

Calculating the effective date of a law regulation per Article 13 of the Central Regulation Standard Act shall include the enactment or publication date.

Effect
