Nigerian peppered turkey wings is a side dish that can be eaten with rice in Nigeria. It is also eaten at parties.

  1. Wash the turkey wings and put in a pot with some onion, garlic powder, ginger, stock cube, and thyme. Cover with water and allow the mixture to steam for few minutes.
  2. Cook until the water dries up, then bake in the oven at 200°C.
  3. Blend the pepper and some onion to get a smooth paste.
  4. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pot. Add the pepper paste, and boil until thickened and losing its raw flavor. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Add the turkey wings to the sauce, and toss to coat.
