Potato Eggs

Ingredients

• 10 eggs
• 4 cups flour
• Dash milk
• 3 tbsp. oil for cooking

Procedure

1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Transfer egg mixture to hot skillet with oil.
3. Cook in large pan, continually breaking egg mixture into small bite size chunks.
4. Cook till eggs begin to brown.
