Egg in a Mist

  1. Grease a shallow dish with a little butter and put in the egg yolks.
  2. Add seasoning and milk and a little of the grated cheese.
  3. Whip the egg whites to a stiff froth and lightly fold in the remaining cheese.
  4. Pile this on top of the egg yolks and bake in a moderate oven.
