2,100 Asanas: The Complete Yoga Positions is a non-fiction book written by Mr. Yoga, also known as Daniel Lacerda. It was published on November 10th, 2015.

2,100 Asanas: The Complete Yoga Positions features 2,100 yoga poses, photographed in color by Daniel Lacerda himself. The models in the book are all Daniel Lacerda's yoga students. [1][2][3] The book contains a brief History of Yoga, The Eight Limbs of Yoga (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali), information on Ujjayi breath, Drishti (yoga), Bandha (Yoga), Relaxation and Meditation, Chakra<meta />s, and Benefits and Cautions for 8 Conditions. The bulk of the book is focused on Asana<meta />s or Yoga Poses, which are divided into 9 categories: Standing Poses, Seated Poses, Core Poses, Quadruped Poses, Backbends, Arm Balances, Inversions, Prone Poses and Supine Poses. The yoga poses are followed by the Acknowledgements, glossary, and Index (both in English and Sanskrit).
