I am an educator, network administrator, and self proclaimed woodworking hobbyist. My time is usually spent screwing around with network systems rather than doing any real woodworking but I have done a few projects. I have never had any formal training - nor any informal training in woodworking now that I think of it. But I do enjoy it.

My shop is one half of a two car garage with a 10in table saw, a band saw, drill press, router with table, bench sander, and assorted hand tools. I hope that I can contribute to the woodworking book as time permits and perhaps inspire others to step in and do a better job - to the benefit of all.
