Bill Dauster is a lawyer, economist, and speechwriter who served on United States Senate and White House staffs from 1986 to 2017. Since 2005, has written and expanded Wikipedia articles on each of the 54 weekly Torah portions. On Wikibooks, since July 2012, he has been working on a book on the Torah.
