I'm the bug wrangler at the Wikimedia Foundation since October 2012. This means I manage software bug reports and enhancements requests in the Wikimedia bugtracker (Phabricator). I "triage" and clean up reports to get them into a better state whenever needed, co-maintain the bugtracker, traditionally help describing and improving workflows and interested in common practices in bug report management, and try to save a bit of time of users, developers, maintainers, managers, release engineering, quality assurance and any other stakeholders involved in managing software bugs and feature requests. Furthermore, I am also involved in maintaining metrics about Wikimedia's technical community, and co-organize Wikimedia's participation in Google Code-In (a contest for highschool students to get involved in free software). There is a list of Phabricator tasks that I currently work on or plan to work on.
I am part of WMF's Technical Collaboration team.
(Until 09 January 2013 I just had one user account, Malyacko, for my personal and staff edits.)
