Adds page to Category:Modules with print version.

Usage

Normal usage is {{print version of module notice}}.

Optional parameters:

{{{1}}}
is the name of the module
{{{2}}}
is the link to the print version (for the refresh button):
All blanks should be replaced by "_" underscores here!
