- to improve networking and collaboration in Iran between the environmental educators, journalists and other opinion makers; - to improve the awareness of the Iranian public about the environmental problems and the possible solutions; - to improve the capacity of environmental organisations and the responsible media to cooperate with educational institutions and public authorities to implement environmental protection policies. |

The overall objective of the project of which this video clip is an output is to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), a wide international development cooperation program, framed at the United Nations level and signed by 197 Nations, including the Islamic Republic of Iran and Italy, and by many International organisations, including the European Union. The Sustainable Development Goals are also known as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and is focused on 17 global goals to be achieved within the year 2030. The consortium that implements this action includes different civil society organizations under the leadership of Legambiente. This action receives a financial contribution from the European Union, under the program called “Civil Society Organizations and Local Authorities Actions in partner countries (in-country) – Islamic Republic of Iran”. The objectives of this programme are strengthening the capacities of Civil Society Organizations in promoting inclusive and sustainable development.
The specific objective of the action is enhanced civil society capacity to effectively engage inclusive sustainable development processes, based on environment protection, and better empower Iranian citizens to make informed choices for a healthy and responsible lifestyle.
