File:OSSC-Open-Source-Scan-Converter-BR.jpg

Original file(3,780 × 2,970 pixels, file size: 3.03 MB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Description The OSSC, or Open Source Scan Converter, shown with the top removed. Similar to the XRGB mini, the OSSC is a low-latency scan converter mainly meant for retro video game consoles. The system turns analog input RGB or component video and outputs to a digital signal, greatly improving video from old systems on modern LCD TVs. This is an open-source project, but it usually sold as a DIY kit or pre-assembled.
