Summary

Description
English: The motherboard of the Nintendo Entertainment System video game console, also known as the NES. This is the revised "top loader" model that was released in 1993. The system is powered on a Ricoh-produced processor based on the MOS 6502 processor. The other notable chip is the Ricoh-produced Picture Processing Unit (PPU), a custom chip that powers the consoles video out. Also notable is an expansion slot on the board, which wasn't utilized.
