Summary

Description
English: A mesh that wraps around horizontally every 6 steps and wraps around vertically every 5 steps is shown. This mesh depicts the set of remainder pairs resulting from division by 6 and 5 respectively. The numbers outside the mesh denote the horizontal and vertical coordinates, which are the respective remainders from dividing by 6 and 5. Starting from (0,0), a ray, denoted by the red line, is emitted that repeatedly transitions forward 1 step in both the horizontal and vertical directions. This ray denotes the sequence of remainder pairs as the dividend increases by steps of 1. The numbers on each red stripe index each wrap around of the ray. The ray passes through every point on the mesh, indicating that any pair of remainders is possible, as predicted by the Chinese remainder theorem.
