Deutsch: Adam Oehlenschäger (1779-1850) Ölgemälde von J. L. Lund. Museum Frederiksborg. Goethe hatte ihn kurz vorher im Hause des Naturphilosophen getroffen. Die Bekanntschaft führte zu Oehlenschlägers viermonatigen Besuch (April bis August 1806) im folgenden Jahre und einem kurzen im November 1809. 1810 wurde Oehlenschäger Professor für Ästhetik in Kopenhagen. Der Repräsentant der nordischen Romantik blieb ein warmer Verehrer Goethes.
