- 1 cup urad dal - soak and grind make a somewhat loose batter
- 1 cup rice rava - soak and mix with batter
- 1 cup flour - add water to batter and mix in the flour
- Mix chopped onions, and chillies and salt to the batter. Allow to rise.
- Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
