ProcedureEdit

  1. Heat the vegetable and oil together in a pan.
  2. Add the mushrooms, pepper, thyme, and salt. Fry until the mushrooms brown, then add the garlic and fry well.
  3. Combine the milk and cornflour. Stir the slurry into the mushroom mixture. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and is well-cooked.
  4. Stir in the seasoning cubes, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook for another minute.
  5. Taste for seasoning, and serve.
