Khichri

Ingredients

• 1 cup rice
• 1 tbsp moong dal (green gram dal)
• 2 onions, sliced
• Pudina (mint leaves)
• 1 cardamom pod
• 1 clove
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cups of water
• First heat oil fry everything one by one and last add rice and dal and cook and give dum.
