- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons half and half
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 slices of Provel (a brand of processed cheese product) or Muenster
Procedure edit
- Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) until internal temperature of the chicken breasts reaches 165°F (74°C).
