  • Cucumber
  • Fried onion
  • Salt
  • Shrimp crackers
  • Beef steak
  • Vegetables (from mixture corn, carrot and peas)


  1. Heat the olive oil and sesame oil on non-stick pan. Fry the garlic and red onion until fragrant. Stir until the garlic and red onion are golden brown. And then add the red chilli.
  2. Add the pork. Stir until the pork changes color. And then add horseradish and scallion.
  3. Add the rice, barbecue sauce, black soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed all.
  4. Served with dressing.
