- Heat the olive oil and sesame oil on non-stick pan. Fry the garlic and red onion until fragrant. Stir until the garlic and red onion are golden brown. And then add the red chilli.
- Add the pork. Stir until the pork changes color. And then add horseradish and scallion.
- Add the rice, barbecue sauce, black soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed all.
- Served with dressing.
