Cookbook:Aloo ki bhujiya
- Potatoes (alu)
- Mirchay (powder of red chilli)2-3 teaspoon
- Olive oil(or any other cooking oil)
Fill Frying pan with cooking oil. Cut the potatoes in cubes shape.Fry the cube shaped potatoes in frying pan and then put the powder of red chilli on cube shaped potatoes. Slightly mix them. When they are fried they are ready.
