French Defence: Tarrasch Variation / 3....Nf6

Just like in many other variations of the French Defence White decides to get some space advantage by playing e5.
Now Black's Knight is attacked and Black's should retreat it by playing 4....Nfd7.
In a few games Black players have also tried 4....Ne4, but after White captures this knight on e4 black may end up with a weak pawn on e4, so this is dubious.
