The Enforcement Rules for the Act Governing Relations between Peoples of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area administratively supplement the Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area.

    The authorization and duties of article 18 and the paragraph 2 of article 22 of the Executive Yuan Ref. No. Tai-Gui-Tze-1030158355 promulgated on December 26, 2014 were under jurisdiction of the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior since January 2, 2015.
