  1. Place one sheet of flatbread on base of baking dish.
  2. Place one layer of sliced sweet potato and sliced onion in baking dish
  3. Then add a layer of chopped silverbeet.
  4. Add one more layer of sweet potato and one layer of onion.
  5. Combine coconut cream, cottage cheese, salt and nutmeg in saucepan, and slightly warm to combine ingredients.
  6. Pour mixture over layered vegetables.
  7. Place sheet of flatbread on top and brush with oil.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
