warm water
Procedure

Fry
onions in a dash of oil until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, and cook.
Stir in garlic, ginger, meat, and vegetables. Cook until nearly done.
Stir in leaf masala and warm water. Bring to a
boil
, then
simmer
until done.
Serve.
