Greetings and Salutations!

My name is MG Stough and I live along the United States--Mexico Border in the Southern end of the Texas Rio Grande Region. I am an Instructor of Criminal Justice at a dynamic, growing college whose mission includes serving the community by provided needed educational and training resources. I also serve the world wide community as the Chief Executive Officer and Director Of Consultancy for SHIELD.icse, an Open Source Free International Consulting Consortium. In the near future, I will be providing many resources for students and the general public to enjoy.
