Used to sign anonymous unsigned comments, as no user page should exist for anonymous IPs. This template is similar to {{unsignedIP}}, but with the arguments reversed for easier copying from the edit history.
Usage edit
{{subst:unsignedIP2|date|user name}}
- date
- datestamp from edit history (remember to label it UTC)
- user name
- name or IP of user who left comment
The datestamp from the edit history appears in your local time that is set in your preferences.
- In order for the time to be UTC, adjust it using the difference you designated between the server time and local time.
Examples edit
{{subst:unsignedIP2|03:39, 22 January 2008 (UTC)|255.255.255.255}}
will yield: —Preceding unsigned comment added by 255.255.255.255 (discuss) 03:39, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
