This is a documentation subpage for Template:Lang-eo
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template is intended to be used to mark up a word or phrase in Esperanto. It sets the (X)HTML language code for the word or phrase, to assist with things like font selection. It also highlights the word or phrase by setting the font style to italic (by default, although this can be overridden).
