Template:Cocktails list header/doc

Displays a common header across all the subpages of the Bartending Guide List of Cocktails.
Note that the template grabs the first letter of the subpage name and displays it, assuming that the template is on one of the subpages. This template should not be used elsewhere unless you also add a method of avoiding that assumption.
Usage edit
At the top of each subpage of Bartending/Cocktails/Glossary/, add the following two lines:
<noinclude>{{Cocktails list header}}
__TOC__</noinclude>
This will add the following header to the page, along with a detailed table of contents (TOC). Neither the header nor the TOC will not appear if the subpage is transcluded into another page.
