      This is a documentation subpage for Template:Checkuserblock (see that page for the template itself).
      It contains usage information, categories, and other content that are not part of the original template page.
      This template should always be substituted – use {{subst:Checkuserblock}}.

      Usage

      {{subst:checkuserblock|comments (optional)|sig=~~~~ (optional)}}

      Important: Only use sig=~~~~ if you wish to sign the default blocking notice when used on a talk page. Remember that signatures are not substituted in the block reason field.
