Selling Property/Introduction

My name is Andrew Sylvia, and I am a licensed Real Estate agent in the American state of New Hampshire.

At first glance, the world of Real Estate can seem like a path to easy money, but this is definitely not the case, it takes the ability to withstand multiple and repeated failures because it takes many, many steps for someone to buy a home, and you need to make sure all of them are correct or you'll jeopardize your chances at a sale.

However, the best thing to know is that you're not alone in this, almost 2/3rds of new agents quit within the first year, as long as you have patience and a good corps of people around you, you'll succeed.

My goal with this book is to take the lessons I am currently learning as a new agent both for a reference to myself and future newly minted agents so myself and others can make it into that 1/3rd that sticks with the job and makes a large annual salary.
