The four classes of anti-arrhythmics include -

  CLASS I (Na channel blockers)
     CLASS IA (K+ channel blockers also)
     CLASS IB (involved in treatment of necrotic tissue)
     CLASS IC
     CLASS ID
  CLASS II (beta-blockers)
  CLASS III (K+ channel blockers)
  CLASS IV (Ca+ channel blockers)
