There is no Manx television network (TV in the Isle of Man is broadcast from the UK and Ireland). Most newspapers and magazines are published in English. However, there are occasionally Manx broadcasts on Manx Radio. In addition there is an excellent animated series in Manx called Manannan. Manannan is an alternative name for Isle of Man and also the name for the Celtic sea god after whom the island is named.
