  • Meter stamps with former Soviet Union markings (“CCCP”, hammer and sickle logo, etc) were used after 1991.
  • Meter stamps marked Uzbekisan have not yet been seen by us or reported although they probably exist.

This is a provisional stamp based on a USSR Group D die.
Upright octagon with double straight-line outer border, possibly with a square inner frame around the value figures.
Blank or possibly with a logo of some sort at top.
"ПОЧТА" at bottom.
