International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog/Dutch Caribbean

Dutch Caribbean edit

  • On 10 October 2010 (10.10.10) the Netherlands Antilles dissolved with the various islands going in different political directions. The islands of Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba voted to fully merge with The Netherlands and now have status as overseas municipalities. Their currency however is the U.S. dollar rather than the euro. Their stamps therefore are distinct from those of the European homeland.
  • For issues prior to 10.10.10, see NETHERLANDS ANTILLES.
