International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog/Antigua

Antigua And Barbuda edit

  • The first meter appeared in 1976 while still a colony of Great Britain. Stamps from the colonial period are inscribed "ANTIGUA" alone.
  • Since achieving independence in 1981, stamps from the prior era continued to be used along with new issues inscribed with full country name "ANTIGUA & BARBUDA" that first came to our attention in 2014.
  • The stamps are grouped by inscription:
A - ANTIGUA alone
B - ANTIGUA & BARBUDA
