Foundations and Assessment of Education/Edition 1/How to Use This Book/Peer Reviewing

Peer Review edit

The peer review process is a CRITICAL part of our textbook writing process. It accomplishes several goals:

  1. It helps the students write better articles which results in better grades for them and a better overall textbook for everyone
  2. It gives students practice assessing each other, specifically using a rubric and giving specific meaningful feedback

As such, doing a peer-review is a complex process which you should plan to dedicate some time to.

More information about peer reviewing will be posted here in the upcoming weeks.
