File:UNREPEATABLE-PATTERN SECURITY; like X-ray but just uses torch shining on underside, light coming through transparent plastics, can provide another way to provide such security.jpg

Summary

Description
English: Photo is proof-of-concept regarding whether light shone through unrepeatable-pattern material can create security-pattern images for unrepeatable-pattern security. Conventionally, images would just be captured in the normal way from light reflecting off things. This method captures images created in a different way, perhaps a bit like an X ray. Photo is of a transparent plastic pouch bag, containing mostly transparent plastic pieces (such as from plastic wrapping). Some of the pieces in the pouch are coloured, perhaps semi-transparent. A light is being shone from the underside of the pouch.
