The cans consist of four aluminum parts:
This simplified the UV-layout work on the can too, since only one part needed any UV coordinates. The floor consists of many identical copies of the same board, rotated randomly for variation. The glass is one mesh, with an inside and an outside surface. This helps the raytracer give realistic curvature effects near the lip of the glass. |
