DescriptionCurtain Wall, Kingsbury Old Hall - geograph.org.uk - 1073315.jpg
English: Curtain Wall, Kingsbury Old Hall. This marvellous old wall with two extant arches partially surrounds 1073303. It appears that the old hall itself is finally undergoing some renovation, and not before time - its roof can just be seen in this image as rather ghostly triangles peeping above the wall. For many years this was used as a farmhouse with the farmer specialising in pigs. I'm pretty sure that he was the farmer who used to collect the leftovers from the school dinners which were put in the "swill bins" at 285527 and probably numerous other schools in the area. I wonder if such sensible recycling goes on today - it's probably against some law these days.
