As Director of Technology, situations may arise at any time and in any degree of frequency which require the existence of a strong code of ethics to be addressed properly. These situations can vary from a personal nature to a professional issue, a legal concern or a sexual matter (among others). Each one may present a dilemma to the Technology Director in regards to how the situation should be handled.

Establishing and enforcing a clear code of ethics within the district should be a primary consideration of the Technology Director while creating guidelines which are to be embraced by the administration, staff and students.
