Ingredients

• 2 cups (480 ml) plain yogurt
• ½ cucumber, seeded and chopped very fine
• ¼ tsp dried mint, crumbled, or 1 tsp fresh, chopped

Procedure

1. Mix all the ingredients, and chill thoroughly to let the flavors develop.
