Ingredients
- 3 tbls sesame butter tahini
- 8 oz (220g) plain yogurt or soy based substitute
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 large lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
Procedure
- Squeeze juice from lemon into bowl or small food processor.
- Chop garlic
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Makes 1 1/4 cup (300ml) sauce
