  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cognac
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 8 sprigs thyme

ProcedureEdit

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to 190° for 10 minutes. Strain, cool and place into a gallon size zip-top bag. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 1/2 weeks.
