This seafood seasoning also works great on chicken or steak, especially filet mignons.

Ingredients

• 6 tbsp butter-flavored salt
• ½ cup sweet paprika
• 4 bay leaves, torn
• 3 tbsp celery seed
• 3 tbsp dehydrated lemon peel
• 1 tbsp dehydrated lime peel
• 2 tbsp dried rosemary
• 3 tbsp dried thyme
• 3 tbsp dried oregano
• ¼ cup smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp freshly ground cinnamon

Procedure

1. Pulse everything in a spice grinder until relatively smooth. If your spice grinder doubles as your coffee grinder, make sure you pulse some rice after.
2. Keep in an airtight container with a shaker lid for up to 1 year.
