  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Pour the hot water over the moringa leaves, cover, and let steam.
  2. Drain the water from the moringa, and place the leaves in a clean dish.
  3. Combine the kulikuli, stock cube, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Toss the moringa with the pounded pepper, diced carrot, sliced onion, and kulikuli mixture.
  5. Serve with fried fish.
