  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 3 tbsp mesquite honey
  • 1/4 tsp liquid mesquite smoke
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 habanero, puréed until smooth
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

ProcedureEdit

  1. Combine all ingredients in an 8-ounce mason jar. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
